Outdoor adventures near North Myrtle Beach, SC

The best excursion we took all week!

Honestly forget all of the main stream excursions you can do at the beach! This one is, without a doubt, the best use of our money here! It’s only 7 driving miles from downtown north Myrtle beach but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! It’s quiet and beautiful. The River water is clean, though tea colored from the cypress trees that line the banks, and cool. They even have float along coolers!

The people that own/ run it are SO INCREDIBLY KIND AND FRIENDLY! As a die hard survivor fan, Jeff has made the best possible use of the river with several kinds of floaties, kayaks, a river boat, and even a survivor/amazing race type of escape game called “escape river island”. 

If that wasn’t enough the main area has all kinds of hammocks, hanging seats and comfy spots with several yard games for the family! 

This place is more than worth the money and anyone who visits Myrtle and doesn’t go here is, in my honest opinion, either uninformed of its magic and charm, or a person who blatantly hates fun and relaxation.
